De campagne liep in de periode van 25 april tot 12 juni 2023 via de LVO social mediakanalen. Een bereik van bijna 90.000 personen en meer dan 5.000 kliks, heeft geresulteerd in 88 aanmeldingsformulieren en 57 doorverwijzingen voor een meeloopdag. De achtergronden en overwegingen van de belangstellenden waren divers, van potentiële zij-instromers, bevoegde docenten op zoek naar een nieuwe werkplek, overstappers vanuit het primair onderwijs tot studerenden voor een onderwijsbevoegdheid.

Welke succesverhalen kunnen we al benoemen? 

Eén van de kandidaten is inmiddels benoemd op de school waar zij de meeloopdag heeft genoten en er is een andere kandidaat in afwachting van het sollicitatieproces. Ook gaat een kandidaat starten als zij-instromer en heeft een van de studerende kandidaten een stageplek gekregen voor volgend schooljaar. Andere mensen zijn nog in gesprek.
